The message:

Did not include the identity of the person contacting us;
Did not clarify the sender’s role — whether acting as a lawyer, legal representative, or intermediary;
Did not specify the full name of the „client” allegedly concerned by the publication.

In the absence of basic standards of transparency, we consider this approach inappropriate for any legal or professional engagement with a media institution.
