A „KGB revolutionary” at the helm of the Constitutional Court of Romania!

Someone intentionally throws the hot potato into the lap of the Romanian Intelligence Service.

As we headlined in the article „KGB – CPUN – COTROCENI – PARLIAMENT – CCR?” on 9.12.2024, published in Ziarul Operativ: „There was an issue before President Ion Iliescu appointed Marian Enache. The issue was related to his file at UM 0110. The matter was resolved, just like other prominent names who had files at UM 0110, resolved during the short leadership period at CIE.

In 1993, General Marin Pancea had a meeting in Paris with George Soros, to whom he handed over a list of 34 people who had been documented by the former UM 0110.” Corroborated with certificate no. 2641/05.05.2009, issued by (CNSAS – National Council for the Study of State Security Archives), based on the Finding Note no. S/DI/I/585, it is unequivocally clear that Mr. Marian Enache is listed with a personal file, but at the same time, the Romanian Intelligence Service informs that this file was not preserved in the archive.

Both from the revelations of Ziarul Operativ and from address no. S/DI/I/585 of CNSAS, there is undeniably a collaboration file of Judge Marian Enache with the Russian KGB, an activity carried out by him until 1990.

On the other hand, CNSAS, as in the case of the informer-president Traian Băsescu a.k.a. Petrov, continuously mocks the state’s institutions. Both from the article published in Ziarul Operativ and from address no. S/DI/I/585, it seems that at the top of the leadership of the Constitutional Court of Romania, through the presence of President Marian Enache, there are all the „reasonable” suspicions that he, in his youth, starred in the movie „From Russia with Love.” It appears that at the time of Marian Enache’s appointment as president of the Constitutional Court of Romania, red smoke rose from the institution’s roof.

In a normal country with an authentic democracy, such exposed individuals should immediately resign.
